We are two people with a form. This page says exactly what happens to what you type into it, in the words we would use if you asked us on the phone.

What we collect

If you fill in the form: your name, your email, your company, and your answers to the questions we ask. That is the whole list.

We do not ask for anything about your customers, your staff or your accounts, and we do not want it at this stage.

Where it goes

Two places. Our CRM, which is a Notion workspace only the two of us can open, and an email to both founders so somebody actually reads it.

That is the end of the journey. It is not passed to a sales tool, an advertising platform or anyone else.

What we use it for

To reply to you, and to arrive at the first call already understanding your problem instead of asking you to explain it twice.

You will not be added to a mailing list you did not ask for.

What we never do

We never sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone else. No data brokers, no ad networks, no partners.

Getting it deleted

Ask, and it is gone: out of the CRM and out of our inboxes. Reply to any email from either of us and say so. No form, no process, and you do not have to give a reason.

Cookies and analytics

We set no advertising cookies, which is why there is no banner in your way asking you to accept them.

The only measurement we run is Vercel's anonymous analytics: page views and rough traffic patterns. It does not follow you around other websites and it does not build a profile of you.

If we end up working together

The data inside the systems we build for you is a different matter, and it is governed by your contract with us rather than by this page. The short version, which is also in that contract: your data stays in your systems, and the AI providers we build on do not train on it.

If any of this changes, we will change this page. If something here is unclear, ask us, we would rather answer it than have you guess.
