The Approach

How a plank gets replaced.

Nothing gets ripped out. We take one process (the worst one), understand exactly how it works today, and rebuild it so it happens without anyone doing it. Weeks, not quarters. And you know what it costs before we start.

1 · Tell us

Three questions, three minutes. What the business does, what job eats the most time each week, and who is stuck doing it. That is enough for us to turn up to the first call already understanding your problem, or to tell you straight away that we are not the right people for it.

2 · We sit down

A real conversation, not a pitch. We dissect the problem with you, then audit how the work actually flows today: who touches it, where it stalls, what everyone quietly works around. Most of what matters comes out in that hour, and some of it surprises the person who runs the place.

3 · You get a plan

Options, ranked honestly (including the cheap one, when the cheap one is right). A pitch that says plainly what the system will do and what it will not touch. And a quote with two numbers, the build and the monthly running cost, so nothing about the money arrives later.

4 · It just runs

We build it, then shadow-test it beside your team: the system and the person doing the same work in parallel until the answers agree. Then it goes live, with dashboards showing everything it did and everywhere it asked for a human. We stay aboard afterwards to keep it sharp.

Pricing

What it costs

Every quote has two numbers: the build (one-off, fixed) and the running cost (monthly: the AI usage, hosting, monitoring and upkeep that keep it alive).

The monthly one exists because the system uses AI services metered like electricity, and because we monitor, maintain and improve it so you never have to. It is also why the thing keeps getting better after launch instead of quietly rotting the way software does when nobody is watching it.

Before either number, there is the audit: a paid step, fixed fee, small on purpose so it is easy to say yes to. If you go ahead with the build, what you paid for the audit comes off the price. If you do not, you still keep the map of how your own work actually flows.

We do not publish prices, because a number for a job we have not looked at is a guess, and you would be right not to trust it. You will see both of yours written down before anyone builds anything.

Straight answers

The questions everyone asks.

We tried ChatGPT. It didn't stick.
A chat window isn't a system. Nobody's job actually changed: someone still had to remember to open the tab, paste the right thing in, and copy the answer back out, on top of the work they already had. We build the AI into the workflow itself: it does the task, your team reviews the exceptions. That's the part that sticks.
Is our data safe? Does it go off and train some AI?
Your data stays in your systems. The AI providers we build on don't train on client data, and we put that in the contract in writing rather than asking you to take our word for it.
This sounds expensive.
Compared to what? Take the hours that job eats every week and multiply them by what those hours cost you. That number repeats every year, quietly, forever. The build is a one-off fraction of it, payback usually lands in months, and you only ever commit to one plank at a time.
Our data is a mess. We're not ready.
Everybody says that. It has never once stopped us. The audit is the step that deals with exactly this: we build for how the work actually happens, not how the manual says it should. Waiting until things are tidy means waiting forever.
Couldn't our IT guy do this?
Maybe the pieces. The hard part isn't connecting an API, it's knowing which workflow is worth rebuilding, and making it reliable enough that people stop double-checking it. That's what we do all day, and it lands in weeks at a price agreed before we start.
Will this replace my staff?
No. It replaces their most boring hours. Every client so far has taken that time back and pushed it into work that grows the business: customers, decisions, the things nobody had time for. Your team hates that admin more than you do.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Sometimes it will. That's why anything that matters passes a human checkpoint before it counts, and why every step is logged: you can always see what happened and why. The bar isn't perfection. The bar is provably better than today.
Why is there a monthly cost?
The system uses AI services metered like electricity, and we monitor, maintain and improve it so you never have to. It's also why it keeps getting better after launch instead of quietly rotting the way software does when nobody is watching it.

Start with the job you would hate to do tomorrow.

Three questions, three minutes. If we cannot help, you will hear it on the first call rather than in a proposal three weeks later.
